As a social researcher, Dr. Bruce has been involved with researching system and community change initiatives. He is known for his innovative concepts and his expertise in information technology application development.

Ms. Townsend has twenty years of extensive project management, research, organizational development, and facilitation experience. Her focus is on change management and connecting people and pieces with the "big picture."
